NABDP Organized Four-day Admin/finance workshop held at HQ Kabul

National Area Based Development Programme (NABDP/MRRD) organized a Four day Admin/Finance workshop for Program Regional’s Admin/Financestaff On 25-28 December, 2012.
The Admin/Finance training workshop has aimed to motivate the 28 relevant staff in Regional/Provincial offices across the country and provide an opportunity for gathering and exchanging knowledge, thoughts, ideas, and technical skills.

In the inauguration ceremony of the workshop, the senior Management team of NABDP/MRRD also participated to welcome them and talked about the importance of the workshop.
NABDP HQ Admin/Finance department facilitates the workshop to improve the capacity of its regional and provincial staff to follow up proper systems in their offices. The agenda of the workshop contains the subjects such as special operating procedure, petty cash maintance, bank reconciliation exercise, recruitment procedure, procurement process, asset management, transportation, travels, and general administration which enable the participants to fulfill their functions correctly and according to the policy of NABDP
